How to use log4cpp and syslog-ng

Hi I'm setting a special cgi using c++ on a webserver and I would like to use Log4cpphttp://log4cpp.sourceforge.net/ to create a log of errors and warnings, I would like to know if it is possible to use syslog-ng with Log4cpp, because it is what the server uses.

If someone has successfully used it, can you please tell me how?Huh

thx

Re: How to use log4cpp and syslog-ng

I have looked at the project page and it promises to be quite similar to log4j. I think syslog-ng can handle that, though I do not have any first-hand experience with it. Rsyslog works with log4j and anything that does RFC3164 syslog should do, also. So I suggest you just give it a try.
