 Hi!

  I have configured syslog-ng 3 on linux. I am configured linux and cisco devices to send log to my syslog-ng server. Now the problem is with windows 2003 and windows 2008 servers. Is there any free windows server agent available that is tested with syslog-ng which i can use to send windows servers log to my syslog-ng server.

yes.  You can use Snare.  See this for configuring snare to work with syslog-ng.
