ZyWALL 70 - WebServer Configuration Help Needed

Greetings,
I have my private lan running in 192.168.0.x, One Dell (File Server), and One Dell (WebServer) with two NIC, one for 192.168.0.x and the other with a IP address from ISP same mask as WAN1, but differents gateways, both are public IP (65.383.201.X and 200.50.23.x). I buy a ZyWALL 70, that I want to use the DMZ port 1 for the webserver 200.50.23.x)

The Zywall IP is 192.168.0.1.

What configuration I need to do in:

Server One

Server two

Zywall router

To public our webpages in server 200.50.23.x over the Internet.
Please help me with this asigment task.

So, the file server is not going to be accessible to the Internet?

Also, are you trying to route using two different ISPs?
